For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kornae.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as KORNAE is not responsible for lost return packages

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
